The truth is, I think the whole Pride thing is just like tide-pod eating, another fad that'll pass with time. But it's more like suicide, as in it's permanent and harmful and nobody did it a lot until it got super popular. A way to be part of the Minority Club.
I don't hate trans people or anything like that, although sometimes they creep me out. It's more like a mild disdain, but that's still a "holier than thou" type feeling.
And I mean, y'all're still human, and I'd hate to make people feel awful. This whole thing's just so inflamed and inflated, I kinda got carried away from my stance of let people be and treat everyone fairly. I wasn't logically convinced or even really care, but these are the arguments.
I'm telling you it's wrong, that's all.
While I believe that all that stuff is wrong and gross, I also don't care what the hell you choose to do. That's totally within your freedom. I don't control or own you. But you don't control me. And I have the freedom to avoid you and anyone else I don't like.
It's technically wrong. But there are far worse sins to commit. Lots of people do the wrong things. Even the ones who want to do better.
People change themselves all the time to try and fit in. But destroying your reproductive organs and taking a lifetime of hormones and surgical operations is a dangerous way to fit in.
You do not need to disfigure yourself to fit preconceived standards.

I thought women were equal to men. So why would people change gender if both are equal? Wouldn't that mean you just wound up back where you started?
God knows there's plenty of mentally ill people to go around. It's just easier to tell transsexuals apart.
If you are a faker I pity you. You shouldn't need to "explore" your sexuality. If you're transsexual or homosexual it's not something you "figure out," it's not something you "try on." You either are or you aren't. Sexuality isn't a fashion trend, it's a part of who you are.
