- Textfree: Get an online phone. Lifehack for international travelers... Did not have fun running around looking for sim cards and recharging them.
- Piskel: a downloadable .gif creating app. I use it for all my pixel art, it's got some nifty tools and it's free as can be.
- VLC Media Player: Need I explain? Clue's in the name.
- Ditherit: Free dithering tool. (FYI dithering is a way of reducing image file sizes, handy for small sites like this.)

- Retreating into the Shadows - Barrier to entry -> higher quality people. Popular platforms -> Worse.
- Memes and Metamodern Meaning - Memes ~ punk culture, reaching further levels of irony to remain inside jokes. But also, people are reaching a "metamodernist" point beyond postmodern nihilism. I think this is absolutely what's going to happen with Gen Z, we're so tired of the irony we're going to be sincere. Yeah, everything is "meaningless," but look what meaningless life does to people. (AKA, we're becoming European. Duh XD)
- The Deagel Report: An article on the report filed by military intelligence expecting major depopulation in the U.S. in 2025. Potentially disinformation to guide malevolent manifestation. (Quantum stuff; what you think happens is more likely to happen, now do it with hundreds of people.)
- Why Niches Matter - A nice little love letter to niches. I would also add that internet niches DO connect people, but digitally instead of physically... I wonder if this has had consequences.
- Cameron Armstrong - Veteran's view of Harvard Business School "They told me that everyone admitted to HBS is already on track to do interesting things and has a pretty solid career trajectory ahead of them. As a result of this and other data points from their research, they didn’t think HBS explicitly makes students more successful, but the process of spending two years meeting other sharp and driven people does raise everyone’s collective ambition level."
- The Future of the Blogosphere: In summary, enshittification is more like the rust that corrodes technology over time, but also their demographic. The blogosphere is kind of dying, as well as platforms. Any message the tech had to explore has already been explored, and it's about time to move to new avenues. And any new phase of the internet will be driven by new tech, not by a "revitalization" of the same ideas with the same implementation and values.
- Musings on the Human Condition: Perfectly describes how I feel about... the human condition. Right when I wanted to write about it, but someone already did it better than me. Good on 'em!
- Small Brained American: My favorite honest travel blog. This guy just goes somewhere and films it all, no polish.
